Women are supported in their leadership skills and in the application of Generative Artificial Intelligence as part of a training program specially tailored to the two subject areas HER Lead and HER GenAI.
The project addresses two central challenges: the shortage of skilled workers and the strengthening of regional innovative power, especially in small and medium-sized enterprises.
The focus is on a training program for working women from the Euregio Inntal - Chiemsee - Kaisergebirge - Mangfalltal region (districts of Kufstein & Kitzbühel, Rosenheim district & Traunstein and the city of Rosenheim). The program focuses on the interface between female leadership and technology. The aim is to strengthen women's leadership skills (HER Lead) and develop their skills in dealing with Generative Artificial Intelligence (HER GenAI).
The training program enables 15 participants each from Bavaria and Tyrol to actively contribute to the development of the regional economy. The aim is to counteract the shortage of skilled workers and sustainably strengthen the region's innovative power, particularly in small and medium-sized companies.
The project follows a clearly structured process with modules that build on each other. At the beginning, a self-assessment is developed that tests both leadership skills and the use of generative AI. This provides participants with an initial individual assessment.
Building on this, eight digital training units (1.5 hours each) are developed and made available via a learning platform. These include video input and online self-tests. In addition, three full-day onsite training workshops will be developed that focus on self-confidence, communication, negotiation, leadership skills and the confident use of digital tools. Finally, this free training will be carried out and evaluated with the help of 30 participants (15 Bavarian and 15 Austrian women).
The project systematically combines leadership skills development and the practical use of generative AI in a target group-specific training program for women in the Bavaria-Tyrol border region. The economy and the public benefit from the targeted strengthening of female leadership skills, the development of digital innovation skills in the region, a contribution to securing skilled workers and support for small and medium-sized companies in particular during the (digital) transformation.
